CANCELLED: The Watchman’s Night Off
October 30, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
BECAUSE OF POOR WEATHER PREDICTIONS FOR THIS WEEKEND, THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
THE WATCHMAN’S NIGHT OFF
A Slightly Spooky (Free!) Outdoor Event
We’ve reimagined our annual haunting! While the historic houses will be closed, the campus will be decorated with pumpkins, and spectral visitors are expected to pop in to stir things up on the Watchman’s night off. The ghostly cast includes “Night Watchman” veterans, as well as new participants who want to tap into their inner thespians for this one-night-only performance.
Put a pumpkin in the patch
Carve or decorate a pumpkin to include in the Museums’ display (plain pumpkins are also welcome!). All participants will be entered into a raffle. The winner, chosen at random, will receive a $20 gift certificate to Eight Cousins Bookstore on Main Street in Falmouth. Drop off pumpkins at the Hallett Barn Visitor Center on Thursday, October 29, from 4-6 pm or Friday, October 30, from 9-11 am.
Admission is free. Social distancing will be observed.
